I agree to these terms of service. Parent’s Agreement: I understand that I as a legal guardian of my child hereby expressly acknowledge that the activities involve accidental risks, and I do hereby voluntarily assume any and all risks such as injuries, disability, and death to my child and or my child’s property, which may occur from participation from these events. My child’s personal insurance bears primary responsibility in case of any accident. I release ELITE BASKETBALL ACADEMY INC, their volunteers, agents, officers, directors, partners, and coaches of all liabilities arising from this program.

I authorize Elite Basketball Academy to charge the card provided for the selected membership plan every 28 days until I cancel.

Billing and your locked rate

Membership fees are charged every 28 days (four weeks). Your enrollment rate remains locked while your membership stays continuously active. If you cancel and later rejoin, the rate available at the time you rejoin applies.

First-payment money-back guarantee

Your first membership payment is covered by our 100% money-back guarantee. If you request a refund of that first payment, we will refund it in full, with no refund fee. This guarantee applies to the first membership payment only.

Cancellation

To cancel your membership, call or text (786) 783-8574 before your next scheduled charge. We will stop future renewals. There is no cancellation fee. If a payment has already been charged, please contact us to request a refund.

Refunds

The first membership payment is refundable under our money-back guarantee with no fee. Approved refunds of the second and later membership payments are subject to a $25 refund fee. The $25 fee is a refund fee, not a cancellation fee.
